The TKTM/LYV merger will be the best thing to happen to the music business since the internet disrupted how fans buy their music. Maybe now the industry can stop trying to sue their own customers as the combined company uses modern technology methods to help artist deliver a new experience to its fans. With this ruling, the DOJ has demonstrated they are on the side of the consumer and NOT on the sides of the scalpers. Dynamic Pricing, Paperless Tickets, etc.....all tremendous pluses for the consumer and this merger will help maximize the benefits these new disruptive models will deliver....to both the consumer and the artist.
